Experience

Since 2001, I have been preparing commercial appraisals and market analysis, absorption studies and demographic analysis. Appraisals have been performed on various types of properties, not limited to, shopping centers, industrial buildings, professional and medical office buildings, mixed-use buildings, min-storage facilities, marinas, golf courses, bowling alleys, gas stations/oil lube, car washes, assisted living facilities, hotels/motels, religious facilities and various types of vacant land. Clients served include accountants, investment firms, law firms and private and public agencies. Valuations and market studies have been performed on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures.
